Hengtong was the first to initiate the construction of a factory with "three modernizations" of factory intelligence, lean manufacturing, and management informatization in 2014. With the advent of the digital age, Hengtong is accelerating the deep integration of new generation 5G technology, big data, artificial intelligence, digital twins and other advanced manufacturing industries, creating a digital benchmark factory based on "all-optical network+artificial intelligence", fully implementing the "new three modernizations" intelligent manufacturing advanced model of factory intelligence, digital management, and flexible manufacturing, leading the industrial chain and supply chain to accelerate the transformation and upgrading towards "AI+". We have built the first batch of national level intelligent demonstration factories, the first batch of national level excellent intelligent factories, national level 5G factories, as well as dozens of provincial-level intelligent demonstration workshops.
